Tried the Villa Tavern tonight for their pizza and some chicken chunks.
First, manage your expectations. It is a biker dive bar that isn’t family-friendly. That is perfectly fine, though.
The staff was friendly, and I think we went early, so it wasn’t crowded or as loud as possible.
Second, the pizza is pretty damn good. It is Tavern/Ohio style with the thin crust and square cut, but it has that delicious salted bottom.
Toppings were generous, and prices were reasonable. So, if you are in the area, give them a try.
